The moment you’ve all been waiting for is finally here, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce our upcoming Cosplay Contest!
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just getting started, this is your chance to showcase your creativity, passion, and jaw-dropping costumes. From epic superheroes to legendary anime characters, we want to see it all!
Get your capes, wigs, and props ready—this is going to be an event like no other! We’re cooking up something truly special and can’t wait to reveal more details soon. Trust us, you won’t want to miss out on the excitement.
The sign ups will be done in person and you will need to fill out the form attached. We recommend you print and bring the form filled to save time, but you are welcome to also fill out one of our pre-printed forms onsite.
There will be 3 different categories and 5 total awards:
Best in Show
Best in Class - Master
Best in Class - Journeyman
Best in Class - Novice
Best in Class - Junior - Kid Made
Best in Class - Junior - Adult Made

Casey of Skyleaf Creations is a master cosplayer from Ontario, Canada and professional Stitcher, for the last 15 years building costumes in beautiful Niagara on The Lake at The Shaw Festival Theatre
They have won various awards and honourable mentions at Ontario-based conventions including Best in Masters - Fan Expo Canada Master’s of Cosplay 2019 & 2022 & Best in Show at CSC Cosplay in 2025. They have judged at various events and also run the costume contest at various local conventions. And She is the founder and Director of Cosplay 4 a Cause 🇨🇦
JustRachel is an award winning cosplayer who has been crafting for 12 years loves creating eye catching pieces of work. With a true appreciation for things that sparkle you'll often find her in fanart redesigns that allow her to stretch her creativity and create something uniquely her own.
Altered State Cosplay is a master class cosplayer and prop builder born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario. He has been cosplaying for over a decade, is a film school graduate, and currently works in the props department of one of the largest repertory theatres in the world. He has won several awards competing in the convention circuit, including Best in Show at Anime North 2024 and FanExpo Toronto 2016.
